10 Year Insurance Backed Guarantee As Standard
One
thing in the industry has always surprised us;
a lot of companies only validate their guarantee
to the home owner who purchased the goods, which
means if the house is sold, the guarantee
becomes worthless, or the new owner may have to
pay an administration charge to register the
guarantee in their name. Also, is it
really a 10 year guarantee - some offer 10 years
on frames only, with 5 years on the glass and
only one year on the locks! NOT US.
It doesn't matter if the house is sold numerous
times within the guarantee period, it's still
valid. All that we ask is that we are
notified in writing of the new owner, and NO we
do n not make an administration charge for this.
Furthermore, the frames, hinges, locks, glass,
roofs and building work are all covered for the
ten years.
We also cover the
Guarantee through 'Independent Warranty',so you
have peace of mind knowing that your guarantee
is insurance protected.

When We Say 10 Years, We Mean It!
...check the small print, not all guarantees are
the same.
